Do you take insurance?

Simple answer is no. I’m not contracted with any insurance companies. My decision to be a fee-for-service Registered Dietitian includes that insurance companies determine the number of covered visits, the frequency and the length of the visits allowed under their payment plan.

The length of my sessions is flexible to meet your needs. Rather than checking the clock, I am listening to you to hear that you’ve had your questions answered.

Being available to answer your questions or support your progress in between sessions would be impossible with typical insurance coverage.

My goal is to provide you with the latest resources, tools, and practices. Along with being there to provide a level of support that surpasses the typical insurance-based dietitian visit.

Can I bring the results of lab tests ordered by another practitioner or self-ordered for your review?

Yes, lab testing such as food sensitivity, hormonal or gut testing completed 6 months or less are welcome as they are an integral part of your nutrition assessment.

Can you order lab tests like food sensitivity, hormone or gut testing?

Do I have to purchase supplements from you?

No. If your nutrition assessment includes recommendation to use supplements, you are invited to join Full Script, an on-line supplement dispensary for over 100 pharmaceutical grade brands. In addition, once you are a client, you’re automatically included in my discount program available through the Full Script portal.

Do you offer a single session?

No, I don’t offer a single session. However; if you are an established client, you can purchase a single session after completion of your package at an established client discount.

A series of sessions provides time for you to try new foods or eating patterns. It   provides me with the feedback to re-assess your continuing needs. It also gives your body time to restore the gut to a healthier level of functioning.

Your gut didn’t become ill in one day and can’t heal in one day.

You will leave the session with nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations. Shortly after you will receive a personalized recipe book or meal plan with recipes which jumpstarts your personalized protocol.

How often are sessions planned?
