Hi! I'm Bonnie ... IBS Thriver

I'd like to take a minute to share who I am, who I work with and my mission to promote digestive wellness.

For starters, I'm a veteran wellness warrior and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I'm passionate about helping women discover how to create a healthier gut so they can enjoy a variety of foods, stable hormones, and a strong immune system.

My 12-year virtual nutrition practice specializes in helping women with digestive challenges optimize their gut health, expand food choices, and free themselves from living at the mercy of their symptoms.

Before opening my private practice, my career included 25 years working in hospitals providing nutrition therapy for patients pre and post GI surgery; nutrition education and working for a gastroenterologist doctor.

In addition to everything nutrition, I love morning runs, cat videos, and Harry Potter!

My additional training as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Accredited Hormone Support Coach and certificate for the accredited 12-week "GI Dietitian's Roadmap" course allows me to share cutting-edge ideas to develop your blueprint to create and maintain a happier gut.

My gut-story includes IBS since I was a child, diagnosed with Celiac Disease in my 40's , multiple ulcers and SIBO in my 50s! I know what it's like to live with an unhappy and unpredictable gut!

I also know it doesn't have to be this way ... digestive wellness is available for everyone ..

Through immersing myself in cutting-edge research on the microbiome, functional gut testing, supplements, diets and self-care guidance, I was able to get my gut back on track.

I often say "I'm an IBS thriver and SIBO survivor" and convinced we all have the ability to reach a level of gut restoration that provides us with peace of mind.
