How do you help women with weight loss?
My strategy is to work with women mid-life to identify and overcome obstacles that stand in the way of not only weight loss, but their overall health and happiness. I collaborate with my clients to develop nutritional strategies, leverage exercise, and establish self-care rituals to achieve their weight-loss goals and eliminate many mid-life maladies.
First, I help women believe that weight loss is possible in mid-life. Second, I help them build their dream of becoming trimmer and fitter. I bring 30-plus years of knowledge, skills, and life experiences as a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and health coach to every session. I am also an accredited hormone cure coach, medically trained to identify hormonal imbalances resulting in weight gain.
